Full Form of SARAL (Simple, All Inclusive, Real Time, Action Oriented, Long lasting portal)
SARAL facilitates in aligning with Digital India’s vision of faceless, paperless and cashless service delivery model. SARAL has been developed on Service Plus Framework and aims to transform citizen service delivery in Haryana through complete digitization of over 545 services and schemes of 44 departments/boards/corporations of the state. The vision for SARAL is a unified platform to deliver and track Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services across the state.

What is Saral Haryana
Saral Haryana is an initiative taken by the government of Haryana to provide various government services online to the citizens of the Haryana state. This project was launched with the aim of making it easier for the people to access government services, saving time and effort that would otherwise be required to travel to government offices.
Saral Haryana is an integrated platform that offers around 380 citizen-centric services, such as issuance of certificates, licenses, permits, registrations, and more. The services offered on the platform are available in both Hindi and English, making it easier for citizens to access them.
The platform is built on a robust technology infrastructure that enables citizens to apply for services, track their applications, and receive updates on their status through SMS and email. Citizens can also pay for the services online, making the entire process seamless and convenient.
One of the major benefits of Saral Haryana is that it eliminates the need for citizens to visit government offices to apply for various services. This not only saves time but also reduces the burden on government offices, allowing them to focus on other important tasks.

Antyodaya SARAL Haryana
Aligning with Digital India’s vision of faceless, paperless and cashless service/scheme delivery model, Antyodaya-SARAL aims to transform citizen service delivery in Haryana through complete digitization of over 600+ services. The vision for Antyodaya-SARAL is a unified platform to deliver and track Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services/schemes across the state. Five of the key components of the Antyodaya-SARAL are as follows:
What is Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:
- A Single Service Delivery Portal for Citizens
- Ability to avail services/schemes from anywhere at any time
- Live tracking of status of service requests
- Timely delivery of services/schemes
- Complete digitization of citizen services/schemes
- Integrated with Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) for auto filling authentic and verified details of citizen
- No need to refer to Identification and address proofs from SARAL applicants
- Integrated with Jansahayak Mobile App
Antyodaya-SARAL Dashboard:
- A Service Delivery Accountability Portal for Departments
- Review departments based on performance (Based on RTS compliance, customer rating and delays)
- State-wise and District-wise view of department performance
- Bottleneck report to identify the cause and level at which delay is occurring in service delivery
- Help in process re-engineering of services/schemes that are not performing well
e-Ticketing System:
- A system for addressing query or grievance of citizen
- e-Ticketing dashboard for close monitoring and timely redressal of grievance
- Helps in maintaining transparency in the system
- Real time tracking of status of Ticket/Appeal
- Filing of appeal
Auto Appeal System (AAS):
- Automatic Appeal filed to First Grievance Redressal Authority by the system in case notified timelines breached.
- Auto escalation to Second Grievance Redressal Authority and subsequently to Haryana Right to Service Commission in case no final decision on appeal in 30 working days by First Grievance Redressal Authority and Second Grievance Redressal Authority respectively
- Provision to file appeal by eligible person through Antyodaya Saral Helpline or Portal
- Haryana Right to Service Commission/Second Grievance Redressal Authority may impose penalty on Designated Officer and/or any other official, a part of which may be given as compensation to the eligible person
- Real time tracking of status of appeal

How to track applications ?एप्लिकेशन को कैसे ट्रैक करें?
- After submitting the application you will be getting an Application Reference ID which you can enter on the homepage to check the status of your application. Also SMS will be sent to you at each step of the application after submitting.आवेदन जमा करने के बाद आपको एक आवेदन संदर्भ आईडी मिल जाएगी जो आप अपने आवेदन की स्थिति की जांच के लिए होमपेज पर दर्ज कर सकते हैं। जमा करने के बाद आवेदन के प्रत्येक चरण पर भी आपको एसएमएस भेजा जाएगा ।
How do I know which form to fill for which service/scheme ?मुझे कैसे पता चलेगा कि किस सेवा / योजना के लिए कौन सा फॉर्म भरना है?
- Once you select the department or the service/schemes, post clicking on it you will be redirected to the form which can be filled by you in order to apply for the service.एक बार जब आप विभाग या सेवा / योजनाओं का चयन कर लेते हैं, तो उस पर क्लिक करके आपको उस फॉर्म पर रीडायरेक्ट किया जाएगा जो सेवा के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए आपके द्वारा भरा जा सकता है।
I do not remember my password , what should I do ?मुझे अपना पासवर्ड याद नहीं है, मुझे क्या करना चाहिए?
- In case you do not remember your password please click on forgot password and enter your email id and an email will be sent to you for next steps.यदि आपको अपना पासवर्ड याद नहीं है तो कृपया पासवर्ड भूल गए पर क्लिक करें और अपना ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करें और अगले चरण के लिए आपको एक ईमेल भेजा जाएगा।
Will I receive any SMS, Email on completing the application ?क्या मुझे आवेदन पूरा करने पर कोई एसएमएस, ईमेल प्राप्त होगा?
- After each step you will sent an SMS and an EMail notifying you of the status and next steps that require any appointment or verification.प्रत्येक चरण के बाद आप एक एसएमएस और एक ईमेल भेज देंगे जो आपको स्थिति की सूचना देता है और अगले चरण जिन्हें किसी भी नियुक्ति या सत्यापन की आवश्यकता होती है।

- Yes you can save the application in middle and you can see the application in the view incomplete applications and you can proceed from their.हां आप एप्लिकेशन को बीच में सहेज सकते हैं और आप एप्लिकेशन को अपूर्ण अनुप्रयोगों में देख सकते हैं और आप उनके से आगे बढ़ सकते हैं।
How to apply offline ? Are there any centres at district, Tehsil, Village level ?ऑफलाइन कैसे आवेदन करें? जिला, तहसील, गांव स्तर पर कोई केंद्र हैं?
- All the schemes/service will be available at District, Tehsil and sub division level at Antyodaya Kendra/SARAL Kendra/Antyodaya-Saral Kendra. Also these schemes/service will be available at CSC centres as well.सभी योजनाएं / सेवा जिला, तहसील और उप विभाजन स्तर पर अंत्योदय केंद्र / सरल केंद्र / अंत्योदय-सारल केंद्र में उपलब्ध होगी। सीएससी केंद्रों में भी ये योजनाएं / सेवा उपलब्ध होगी।
Can I pay through the portal itself ?क्या मैं पोर्टल के माध्यम से भुगतान कर सकता हूं?
- Yes all the intermediary payment steps can be made through the portal itself and acknowledge slip will be generated.हां सभी मध्यस्थ भुगतान कदम पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही किए जा सकते हैं और स्वीकृति पर्ची उत्पन्न की जाएगी।
