  1. हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड ने हरियाणा अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा के फॉर्म भरने की तारीख को बढ़ाया । अब 13 नवम्बर तक भर पाएंगे फॉर्म।
  2. 13 नवम्बर तक आवेदन के बाद पात्रता परीक्षा की फीस ट्रांजेक्शन फैल होने की स्थिति में 14 व 15 नवम्बर को किये गए आवेदन के रजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर के लिए अदा कर सकते हैं।
  3. 13 नवम्बर के बाद कोई आवेदन व 15 नवम्बर के बाद कोई भी फीस अदायगी व कोरेक्शन मान्य नही होगी।
  4. सब्जेक्ट के बारे में मुझे बताया गया कि पहले जी टीजीटी मैथ ओर साइंस क्रमशः 30 – 30 नम्बर की आती थी अब अलग अलग 60 नम्बर की ही आएंगी। यहां साफ हो गया कि मैथ वाले अभ्यर्थियों को साइंस का एग्जाम नही देना होगा। आगे यही क्रम सब्जेक्टिव ही चलेगा, अर्थात साइको 30 मार्क्स, हिंदी 15,अंग्रेजी 15, क्वांटिटेटिव एप्टीट्यूड 10, रीजनिंग 10, हरियाणा सामान्य ज्ञान 10, व सब्जेक्टिव 60 मार्क्स के ही आएंगे।

HTET 2017 Exam Date, Eligibility, Syllabus – Haryana TET 2017-18

HTET 2017 Syllabus Changed- Haryana TET TGT PGT PRT (New) Exam Pattern

The duration of examination will be two and a half hours. There shall be only one paper having 150 ” Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)” each carrying one mark with four alternative out of which one answer will be correct. The question paper for each category will be based on the content & structure as prescribed by the Department of School Education, Government of Haryana.

HTET 2017 Paper pattern

Level 1: Primary teacher (For becoming teacher for classes 1 to 5)

There shall be only one paper. The exam will consist of multiple choice questions based on child development and pedagogy, languages (Hindi 15 MCQs and English 15 MCQs), general studies (quantitative aptitude 10 MCQs, reasoning ability 10 MCQs and Haryana GK and Awareness 10 MCQs), mathematics, and environmental studies.

Total marks: 150

Level 2: Trained Graduate Teacher (For becoming teacher for classes 6 to 8)

The exam will consist of multiple choice questions based on child development and pedagogy, languages (Hindi 15 MCQs and English 15 MCQs), general studies (quantitative aptitude 10 MCQs, reasoning ability 10 MCQs and Haryana GK and Awareness 10 MCQs) and subject specific questions as opted.

Total marks: 150

Level 3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

The exam will consist of multiple choice questions based on child development and pedagogy, languages (Hindi 15 MCQs and English 15 MCQs), general studies (quantitative aptitude 10 MCQs, reasoning ability 10 MCQs and Haryana GK and Awareness 10 MCQs) and specific subject questions as opted.

Total marks: 150

NATURE AND STANDARD OF QUESTIONS:

The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years. They will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.

The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will focus on the concepts, problem solving abilities and pedagogical understanding of the subjects. In all these subject areas, the test items shall be evenly distributed over different divisions of the syllabus of that subject prescribed for classes I-V by the Education Department, Govt. of Haryana.

The Test items for Language I (Hindi) will focus on the proficiencies related to the medium of instruction.

The Language II (English) will focus on the elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities.

The questions in the tests for Paper I will be based on the topics of the prescribed syllabus for classes I-V, but their difficulty standard, as well as linkages, could be upto the secondary stage.

NATURE AND STANDARD OF QUESTIONS:

HTET 2017 Qualifying Criteria

(i) FOR SCHEDULED CASTE CANDIDATES : 55% (83 out of 150)
(ii) FOR ALL OTHER CATEGORIES CANDIDATES : 60% (90 out of 150)

 

HTET 2017 Eligibility Criteria

All individuals who posses minimum educational qualifications etc. as prescribed by the Department of School Education, Government of Haryana are eligible to take this eligibility test. This will be for three categories:-

  • who intents to be a teacher for classes I to V and fulfills the minimum qualification.
  • who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII and fulfills the minimum qualification.
  • who intents to be a lecturer for classes IX to XII and fulfills the minimum qualification.

IMPORTANT

After qualifying HTET the candidates will acquire the eligibility in respect of having qualified HTET. However, such HTET qualified candidates will need to satisfy all eligibility requirements as per State Recruitment Rules in order to become qualified for getting recruited as teacher of respective category in any of the school as per the qualifying condition laid down by prospective employers.

 

Levels of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)

HTET isconducts in following Three Categories:

  • Level I  : who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher)
  • Level II : who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher)
  • Level III: who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)

Important Note

  • Those candidates who has qualified HTET/STET can also appear again for improving his/her score.
  • The Validity Period of HTET qualifying certificate is five years from the date of passing HTET.
  • A candidate may take this test many times for acquiring a Certificate as there is no restriction on the number of attempts.

 

What is HARYANA TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (HTET)

A person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher or Lecturer in any of the schools recognized by the Department of School Education, Haryana and affiliated by the Board of School Education, Haryana has to qualify the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test. Qualifying in the Teacher Eligibility Test is made mandatory to ensure that persons recruited as teachers possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary levels.

In the year 2008, the Board was notified as examining body for the conduct of “Teachers Eligibility Test” by the State Government and thereafter the Board started conducting this test with effect from the year 2008 in the name of STET (School Teachers Eligibility Test) till 2009. However after implementation of RTE Act, 2009 and issuance of notification by the NCTE in the year 2011, this examination was renamed as HTET(Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test). This test is conducted by this Board for all the three categories of school teachers i.e. Primary, TGT and PGT. in accordance with the guidelines and such other Rules/Regulations/Instructions/Policies laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education/Department of School Education, Haryana.

APPLICABILITY OF HTET

In accordance with the provisions made in the Service Rules of various categories of teaching staff in the State of Haryana, RTE Act, 2009 and guidelines framed by the NCTE, HTET shall apply to

i) Schools of the State Government / Local authority referred to in the Service Rules and also Sub-clause (i) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the RTE Act, 2009; and

ii) Schools referred to in Sub clause (ii) of clause (n) of the RTE Act in Haryana.

Provided a School referred to in Sub-clause (iv) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the RTE Act may, for the purpose of Elementary levels, exercise the option of considering either this HTET or the TET conducted by the Central Government.
